Refund Policy
Effective Date: January 2026
Due to the custom and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been confirmed.
Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to secure your order. Deposits are non-refundable and apply toward the total cost of your order.
Cancellations
If an order is cancelled, the deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations made within 36 hours prior to the scheduled pickup date may require full payment.
Order Changes
Changes to existing orders must be requested as soon as possible and are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
Quality Concerns
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup with photos and details. We will review concerns on a case-by-case basis and, at our discretion, may offer a partial refund or credit.
No-Show / Late Pickup
Orders not picked up at the agreed-upon time may be considered forfeited without refund.
Shipping Orders
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Northcoast Bakehouse is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by shipping carriers.
