The information on this page is intended to provide a general understanding of our Terms & Conditions. By using the Northcoast Bakehouse website or placing an order with Northcoast Bakehouse, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Orders & Payments
All orders must be confirmed in advance. A 50% deposit is required to secure your order, with the remaining balance due prior to or at pickup, unless otherwise agreed upon. Prices are subject to change and may vary based on design complexity, additional colors, or custom requests.
Custom Designs
While every effort is made to match design inspiration, all custom work is handcrafted and artistic in nature. Exact replicas of another artist’s work cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellations & Changes
Order changes must be requested as soon as possible and are subject to availability. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within a short timeframe before the scheduled pickup date may result in forfeiture of all payments.
Pickup & Delivery
Pickup times will be arranged in advance. Customers are responsible for proper transport and storage once the order has been picked up. Northcoast Bakehouse is not responsible for damage that occurs after pickup.
Allergens
Products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including, but not limited to: wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. It is the customer’s responsibility to disclose any allergies at the time of ordering.
Shipping
Select cookies are available for shipping within the continental United States. Shipping availability, costs, and delivery times will be discussed at the time of inquiry. Northcoast Bakehouse is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Intellectual Property
All website content, images, and designs are the property of Northcoast Bakehouse and may not be used without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Northcoast Bakehouse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
